In this shocking documentary about the extreme lengths some women will go to lose weight, two average-sized journalists accept a challenge to whittle themselves down to a size zero within 5 weeks. With everything short of surgery and drugs at their disposal, the effects of the rapid weight loss and extreme dieting on these two women has to be seen to be believed. Part 2/5

    calorie counting isn’t necessary if you eat the right foods and get exercise

    i did.. im not anorexic or anything i gained it back
    i was sick and i didnt eat anything.. threw up once.. and lost 5 lbs. no lie.

    eat lots of protien and go to the gym often.
    it’s better to build muscle than build fat, if you can’t gain any weight by eating loads.

    1200-1500calories i need to loose weight. i gained weight, but everyone thinks I still looke amazing. BUt honestly, I want to go backt o being skinnier.I went from 114 lbs to 125. lbs. And when I was 114lbs I was about 5′6 and underweight but the weight I gained is both from growth and higher calories intake.But I wanna be 100 so, yeah.

    It is true. Your metab gets so screwed up and slows down, that it’s almost impossible to eat normally after without gaining soooo much weight.

    I really hope nobody goes through this by choice. My life is hell… I really do pray nobody else has to go through it…

    This experiment has been done before. I hope no one puts themself through this again!! Its terrible to watch. They’re getting genuinely sick and ruining their metabolisms!

    No, you need 3500 calories ON TOP of what you need per day. If you need 1500 calories a day, you would have to eat 5000 calories to gain a pound in a single day. You need to eat 2000 calories a day to gain a pound in a week. Of course, 1500 is just a hypothetical number, the calories you need depend on tall you are, your age, your gender, and your weight. People who weigh more need more calories to maintain their weight. As you lose weight, you need fewer and calories to maintain your weight.
