    When I eat restaurant and fast food for more than a day I get chest ache on my left side.

    If I don’t eat MSG containing foods it goes away.

    i started watching wake up call (but its so long, hopefully will find some time to watch it all!). I dont often buy into conspiracy theories, but its always good to ask questions!

    Please watch the the films ‘Wake Up Call’ and ‘The Secret behind Secret Societies’ (among my top 9 favorites) before discussing this (relatively minor) issue of MSG any further.

    The deception is so well crafted, it is difficult to explain!

    An appeal to emotion (or similar) in order to make up for a lack of proof will most certainly lead to a scientist being labelled a quack. Thats the beauty of science! Now, thanks to the internet, sharing of information has become increasingly widespread, and much harder to censor.
    Im not too sure who you are referring to as the ‘elite’, but I would interperet it as those with ‘elite’ knowledge. I doubt they would supress knowledge, since learning gives an appreciation for the power of knowledge

    I would like to hear some examples since that is a fairly big statement to make without backing it up. If studies are conducted, and the research is performed credibly, then the results speak for themselves. If the proposed link of MSG to the many diseases could be shown, then the scientist/s would be up for a noble prize! In the science arena, the only thing that matters are results.

    Universities and ‘peer’ reviewed journals are actually sophisticated fronts for the elite…

    Doctors and scientists who speak out about these toxins such MSG and aspartame are quickly labeled as ‘quacks’ and many have lost their medical license. That is why most decide to stay quiet.

    The elite know that if they can keep the majority of the people ignorant, they will succeed with their agenda.

    The reason the link between MSG and many diseases has been ‘missed’ by most scientists is because the scientific fields, ‘main stream’ medicine as well as the ‘main stream’ media are highly controlled and owned by a small but very powerful group of people.

    Their agenda is to dumb down society and make people chronically ill…

    How can this reporter link almost all major diseases affecting the western world to MSG, yet all medical researchers have missed it for decades. The greatests minds in the world have been outsmarted by a journalist. My lord, is this serious! It is recognised that glutamate plasma levels are NOT significantly affected by dietary glutamate. Much of it is metabolised by the mucosal cells in the gut, and little reaches the portal blood system. That which does is cleared within around two hours.

    …..and lemon too! I’m really developing a love for lemon!! Chicken, fish, salad….I even used it in place of vinegar in potato salad.

    Skip the salad dressings, folks. Taste the vegetables. They’re great! You’d be surprised how sweet veggies can be. Or use the oil/vinegar combo.

    And yes… salad dressings give me bad headaches, thanks to the MSG.

    Thanks for posting this. I have had severe reactions to MSG, swollen eyes so bad they look shut, sore, itchy rash on face and neck, palpitations. All so bad I had to be off work and it took a whole week to recover!

    This stuff is terrible. I get headaches, swelling all over the body, numbness, tingling, difficulty concentrating, difficulty sleeping, and shortness of breath. They hide it under different names also because of the bad press it is getting due to stories like these. It is very difficult to avoid unless you change to a raw diet. The levels do elevate just as said here. My worst experience was after eating Chinese my eyes were swollen shut and weeping fluid.

    But Im sure that u didnt eat worse than other “normal” people did…because if u would have, u would have become fat…sometimes it just depends on the person…when did u become diabetic? Because some people are fat and dont have it although they only eat crap and other people eat healthy and they get it…so it sometimes depends on da person.

    Sterolyn has brought my triglycerides down to 145 mg/dl and my LDL down to 95 mg/dl! My doctor calls me “the freak of nature,” haha. I plan to keep taking this forever. And hey, I’m enjoying my free subscription to Fitness magazine, it’s part of an overall lifestyle change.
